My partner and I had a wonderful experience with Daniel as our Buyers Agent. He took the time to understand our detailed needs and this got us very clear as to the type of property we were looking for and the location. We both also liked his evidence based approach. There was then a high degree of attention to detail paid in looking at the property we were interested in. Daniel skillfully negotiated with the selling Agent, having the types of conversations we didn't have the knowledge or skills in. It significantly reduced the stress on us, that usually comes with buying your biggest asset and more importantly your home and it was actually a pleasant experience. Having looked to purchase our first home for over 2 years without success, Chris and BuyerX were recommended to us by a friend. Chris' impact was immediately noticeable.
