My partner and I had a wonderful experience with Daniel as our Buyers Agent. He took the time to understand our detailed needs and this got us very clear as to the type of property we were looking for and the location. We both also liked his evidence based approach. There was then a high degree of attention to detail paid in looking at the property we were interested in. Having looked to purchase our first home for over 2 years without success, Chris and BuyerX were recommended to us by a friend. Chris' impact was immediately noticeable. Chris was diligent, took the load off of us inspecting properties and dealing with agents, was honest and open when he didn't think a property met our expectations and priorities (even if we thought it did!), and was incredibly proactive and patient with us.
